The threshold is $30,000 of attributed margin in twelve months. The same number you paid us.

What that looks like in actual kitchens depends on your numbers. Fewer if your tickets run high, more if they run small. We calibrate the exact threshold to your business when you sign.

For example, a typical Canadian kitchen sale: $40,000 at roughly a 20% gross margin.

That works out to about $8,000 in margin on a single sale, more than three months of Kitchens Booked. Four extra of those a year and the investment is covered. Your actual threshold depends on your average sale and margin, set at signing.

The promise is real margin on real kitchens, not leads or impressions. Here's what counts and what doesn't.

After twelve months, if the kitchen sales we can attribute to our work haven't covered what you paid us, we keep going at no charge for six months, or until you've broken even.

We compare the leads we tracked against the projects you booked over the year. If the math doesn't cover what you paid us, the six months kick in.

Before we take you on we look at your reputation, your reviews, and the opportunity in your market. If we cannot see a clear path to results, we will not sign you. That is how the guarantee stays a real promise instead of a sales line.

Every inbound lead is tracked through call tracking, form submissions, GBP messages, and email replies. We log inquiries from your website, organic search, Google Business Profile, and email campaigns. At year-end, we compare our tracked leads against the projects you booked. The matches are what counts toward the math.
Leads we send have to be inside your service area, ready to buy, and matching the work you do. Closing them is your side of the job. If we can show steady qualified leads coming through our channels and they are not converting, the guarantee does not cover the close-rate gap. We will not sign you in the first place if we do not believe your sales process can convert.
The minimum commitment is three months, which covers the build and setup phase. The guarantee runs on a full twelve months because SEO and digital marketing build momentum. Twelve months gives us room to ship the website, build the rankings, run through a full seasonal cycle, and have honest numbers to call the math on.
